How do I upgrade my account to a paid plan?

We recently updated our Website, so some of the images in our Knowledgebase Articles are out of date.  We are working on updating these articles, but note that even if the images are slightly different, the general information is the same.


If you have been using the Free Plan and feel the time is right to upgrade to a paid plan, please follow these instructions:


  1. Login to your MotionMail account on the MotionMail website
  2. Select the 'Plans' option in the navigation bar


  3. Choose the 'Select Plan' dropdown for the plan you would like to upgrade to as seen in the image below:

  4. Enter your credit card information in the Billing and transaction summary:
  5. Press 'Change Your Plan' and if your credit card went through successfully you will see a green notification letting you know your account has been updated
  6. You will receive a receipt at the email address listed on your account.
