On March 15, 2016 MotionMail changed to a new help desk system.   After you submit a ticket you will receive 2 emails:

  1. MotionMail User Activation - This email will include a link that will allow you to set up a password for your new MotionMail Support Account.  Your password/email does not have to match the credentials you used for your acutal MotionMail Account.
  2. Ticket Received - This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your ticket.   This ticket includes a link that will take you directly to your ticket.  (Note that you will need to have followed the instructions in the user activation email before you can view the ticket)
