What Plans Support Evergreen Timers?

Evergreen timer features are supported on the following Plans:

• Startup
• Enterprise
• VIP

Evergreen timer features are NOT supported on the following plans:

• Free
• Bootstrap
• Early Bird

Why don't we support Evergreen timer features on all plans?

Evergreen timers require serving up unique timers to each customer, and sometimes storing information about that customer long term to ensure they see the correct time remaining if they reload the timer. The extra processing, network traffic and storage required means we are limiting them to the higher priced plans at launch.

We may update the plans that are supported in the future after we have more experience with the timer features.
